1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oketbet ("oketbet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the oketbet online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the oketbet website and any associated mobile interfaces.

oketbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension of your oketbet account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

By completing the oketbet registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) oketbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your oketbet account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oketbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. oketbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your oketbet account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify oketbet immediately by contacting our customer support team. oketbet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the oketbet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). oketbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at oketbet's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your oketbet account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business hour to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your oketbet account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of the request being submitted.
• oketbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings may be withdrawn.

oketbet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside oketbet's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

oketbet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus terms applicable to all oketbet promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. oketbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent oketbet's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the oketbet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

oketbet uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers in professionally managed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed during the live session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, oketbet reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake to the player's account. oketbet's decision in such matters is final.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. oketbet will not be liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oketbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one oketbet account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the oketbet platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.

• Accessing the oketbet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing oketbet staff, customer support agents, or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the oketbet platform — including but not limited to the oketbet brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of oketbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the oketbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any oketbet content without prior written consent from oketbet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oketbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the oketbet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oketbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oketbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the oketbet platform, even if oketbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

oketbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The oketbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

oketbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your oketbet account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request the closure of your own oketbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact oketbet's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. oketbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall limit oketbet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
